Bolognese with “Zucchetti”

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the frying pan medium to high heat, add the onion, garlic and chili(if using), cook for 5mins and then add the mince and cook until browned (break up with spatula.)

  2. Add the tomatoes, beef stock, salt, pepper, oregano and basil and reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, spiralize the zucchini, add 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, heat to medium to and add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2minutes (its nicer when it has crunch).

  4. Top the "zucchetti" with the Bolognese and enjoy.
